About
After working as an adjunct instructor at Pierce College, Mission College, Woodbury University, Mount St. Mary's College, Pepperdine University, Cal State LA, and Pasadena City College, I was fortunate enough to land a full time, tenure-track position at Pierce.
I have since earned tenure and defended my dissertation. The latter focused on the epistemological significance of metaphor in Kant's first "Critique" (Ph.D. awarded in May 2011). I also continue to be immersed in a variety of campus activities. For example, I recently took over the position of Accreditation Coordinator. This position continues through to the site visit in Spring 2013. After that, I plan to return to full-time teaching duties.
